Maddox Rees is an award-winning loan officer and has opened several mortgage offices and trained numerous high-producing loan officers. Having moved away from management, Maddox now focuses on delivering high-end service and creative solutions to a broad range of clientele.
As a graduate of the University of California coast at Berkeley, Maddox continued his education in the financial and investment world, allowing him to counsel his borrowers with an integrated approach to how a mortgage impacts their long and short-term financial goals. Maddox is well versed in all areas of residential lending and empowers his clients through education. Furthermore, Maddox takes extreme pride in providing his clients with the best possible deal while aiming for the smoothest loan transaction they’ve ever experienced.
Maddox is also defined by his dedication to his wife, Amanda and their three boys, Porter, Emmett and Owen. He writes, sings, and is an avid reader and film enthusiast.
